Anshoo Raj Dayal

Manager

I believe tamariki do their best when they feel safe, respected, and truly seen. I strive to create opportunities for tamariki to explore, discover, and express themselves.
Working closely with parents and whānau is really important to me. These partnerships help me celebrate the richness of our diverse community, nurture cultural identity, and support each child’s unique journey.

As a leader, I’m all about being approachable and supportive. I love mentoring and guiding my team while creating a positive, uplifting environment where everyone feels valued. At the end of the day, we’re all here to make a real difference for our tamariki and their whānau

Nāku te rourou, nāu te rourou, ka ora ai te iwi.
With your food basket and my food basket, the people will thrive.
